RSD Global Ltd is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Ghana, founded by Mr. Richard Owusu, a premier businessman and entrepreneur. We are an Import, Export, and Merchandise firm dealing in automobiles, oil & gas, paper products, natural resources, and real estate development — serving clients within Ghana and internationally.
Based on conservative income projections, RSD Global is positioned for rapid expansion and growth, with our client base at the heart of everything we do. We continuously implement effective marketing and sales strategies to boost revenue, and to maintain a lasting global impact we undertake real estate projects that benefit both residents and visitors.

Market & Economic Outlook

Healthy demand for major housing units such as apartments, semi-detached, and detached houses is providing momentum to the Ghanaian market, with research across local and urban centres pointing to significant need for new housing as the economy continues to grow.
Ghana’s economy is expected to maintain robust growth over the medium term, bolstered by improved oil revenue, a strong services sector, and the export performance of cocoa and gold. “RSD Global Limited is responsible for protecting the environment, health, safety, and security of her workers, customers, contractors, and the community in which it does business according to this policy.”
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, visitors, and customers. All incidents, near misses, and potential hazards that could lead to injury or damage to equipment and the environment must be reported immediately to the nearest EHSSQ representative, in line with our corporate environmental policy document.
